Monday, August 12: Make room for peace, clarity and love at Breathwork & Sound Healing with Claudia and Brian tonight at ColorUp Therapeutics. Find and release energetic and emotional blockages with a guided, specific pattern of breathing set to the vibrations of Himalayan Singing Bowls.

Tuesday, August 13: Practice Yoga with Kangaroos Bindi and Rooney midday today (and on multiple dates) at Golden’s Zoo Chateau. After the safety orientation, enjoy a short beginner-friendly yoga practice plus time to interact and take photos with the kangaroos. Yoga mats are provided.
